Cancellations: Registration refunds will be made for cancellations received on or before January 17, 2018. Substitute registrations are accepted. Contact CALS Conference Services at 608-263-1672 or email conference@cals.wisc.edu to cancel or substitute. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any other costs. 

Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the event cancellation policy which is on or before January 17, 2018. Contact CALS Conference Services to request a refund. CALS Conference Services may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
