Please choose the registration fee below. The fee includes an opening reception on Tuesday, August 21; an AM break, lunch, PM break, reception and banquet dinner on Wednesday, August 22; an AM break, lunch and PM break on Thursday, August 23; and lunch and a tour (transportation provided) on Friday, August 24.

Early registration ends June 15, 2018! Beginning June 16, 2018, the rate will increase to $300 for both students and professionals.

Tour
The Friday, August 24 tour to Hancock, Wisconsin, to view carrot research projects and evaluate the carrot variety trial is included in the registration fee, but please indicate if you plan to participate by checking the box below. The bus will return to Madison at approximately 5:00 - 5:30 PM.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Refund Policy: A full registration refund, minus a $40 administrative fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before Wednesday, August 1, 2018. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Substitute registrations are accepted at any time. Contact CALS Conference Services at 608-263-1672 or email conference@cals.wisc.edu to cancel or substitute. If the conference is cancelled for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded. The conference organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs.

Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the event cancellation policy (see above). Contact CALS Conference Services to request a refund. CALS Conference Services may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
