Cancellations: A full registration refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before Friday, May 8, 2020. No refunds will be given after Friday, May 8, 2020. Substitute registrations are accepted. Contact CALS Conference Services at 608-263-1672 or email conference@cals.wisc.edu to cancel or substitute. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any other costs.

Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the event cancellation policy noted above. Contact CALS Conference Services to request a refund. CALS Conference Services may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
